【Background of the project】

HOFUSAN Industrial Park is located in Salinas Victoria town, near Monterrey city, Mexico. The owner of the park will invest a road named sierra monera ,the lenth of road is around 7,500m,and width is 14m, The estimation value of the project is around $600,000(dollars), required for construction in less than 100 days.

1、The registered capital of each bidder is more than $10,000,000(Mexican Pesos);

2、With a relevant construction qualification and a similar project experience.
