【Background of the project】

HOFUSAN Industrial Park is located in Salinas Victoria town, near Monterrey city, Mexico.The owner of the park will invest to drill a well for the park.The depth of well is around 800m,and produces 800 tons water everyday.The estimation value of the project is around $1,200,000(dollars),required for construction in less than 120 days.

1、The registered capital of each bidder is more than $1,0000,000(Mexican Pesos);

2、With a relevant construction qualification and a similar project experience.
