【Backgroundof the project】

HOFUSAN IndustrialPark is located in the north of Monterrey city, Mexico. The owner of the park will invest to construct the Extension of Puerto Grande for Hofusan Industrial Park. The estimation value of the project is around $3,400,000 (US Dollars) , required for construction in less than 185 days.

2、有相关工程经验及工程资格。

【Requirementfor Bid candidate】

1、The registered capital of each bidder is more than $127,000,000 (Mexican Pesos) or $5,521,739.13 (US Dollars);

2、With a relevant construction qualification and a similar project experience.
